How do I know these designs are legit?

Every graphic you see at Asylvestre Shop is 100% original. I (the founder) personally design every piece. You won’t find these designs in big-box stores or other mass-market sites. When you buy from us, you’re supporting independent art.

Who actually makes my clothes?

I handle the art; Printful handles the "heavy lifting." We partner with them because they are the gold standard in on-demand printing. They have facilities worldwide, ensuring your order is printed by pros and shipped from the location closest to you.

Can I change my mind and return my order?

Because every item is custom-printed just for you the second you hit "order," we don't keep a warehouse of backstock. This means we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or accidental wrong sizes. Please check our size charts twice!

What if my order arrives looking "wonky"?

If Printful sends you a shirt with a printing error or a mug that decided to break during its journey, we’ve got your back. Send us a photo within 14 days, and we’ll get a replacement sent out ASAP at no extra cost to you.

Why does shipping take a few days to start?

We aren't a "fast fashion" giant with dusty shelves. Your item doesn't exist until you order it! It takes 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your gear before it even hits the mail. Good things take a little time.

I entered the wrong address! Can you help?

If you catch it before it ships, we can try to update it! But if the package is already gone or returned to the facility, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Please double-check that zip code!

📦 Shipping & Logistics

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order? Speed is our goal! Once an order is sent to Printful for fulfillment, it’s very difficult to change the destination. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we’ll update it. If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs if it’s returned to us.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I don't see my package! Technology is great, but sometimes it glitches. Please wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark items as delivered when they are still on the truck. Check with your neighbors or behind the porch planters! If it still hasn't appeared after a day, contact the carrier directly. Asylvestre Shop is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

🎨 Product & Quality

Why does my new shirt have a slight "vinegar" smell? Don't worry, it’s not salad dressing! That’s a fixation agent used in the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process. It helps the ink bond to the fabric so the design doesn't wash off. It will disappear completely after the very first wash.

Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe? Yes! Our standard white ceramic mugs are built for real life. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to keep the artwork looking viral-ready for years to come, hand-washing is always the gentlest option.

🧼 Care Instructions

How should I wash my Asylvestre Shop gear? To keep your designs crisp and the fabric soft:

  1. Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.

  2. Use mild detergent and wash with similar colors.

  3. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life.

  4. If you must iron, do it inside-out. Never iron directly on the print!

🎁 Valentine's Day Special FAQ

Will my order arrive in time for February 14th? Valentine's Day is our busiest season! To be safe, we recommend placing your order at least 14 business days in advance. Because we use on-demand printing, we cannot "rush" the physical creation of the item once the holiday queue fills up. Plan ahead to avoid the "I forgot a gift" panic!

💳 Payments & Security

Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. Asylvestre Shop never sees or stores your credit card details. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (like Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). Your data is protected by the same security standards used by the world’s largest retailers.

Why was my order canceled immediately? Our system has automated fraud protection. If the billing address doesn't match the credit card records, or if the transaction is flagged as high-risk, the order may be canceled to protect the cardholder. If this happens to you and you’re sure the info is correct, try checking out with PayPal for an extra layer of verification.

🌍 International Orders

Do you ship to my country? Most likely! Thanks to Printful’s global network, we ship to almost every corner of the globe. However, there are a few regions with restricted postal services. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can get it to you!

Why is international shipping taking so long? International orders have to pass through Customs, which is a government process we cannot control. Sometimes a package can sit in customs for a few days while they process paperwork. Please keep an eye on your tracking link for updates from your local postal service.

🧵 Product Details

Will the design peel or crack over time? We use high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and professional embroidery. Unlike cheap heat-press vinyl, DTG ink actually soaks into the fibers of the fabric. As long as you follow our Care Instructions (cold wash, low heat), your design will stay vibrant and crack-free for a very long time.

Are the "Caps for Couples" adjustable? Yes! All our viral caps feature an adjustable strap (either metal buckle or snapback) to ensure a "one size fits most" experience. Whether you're buying for yourself or your partner, you don't have to worry about head measurements.
