At Asylvestre Shop, we believe in slow fashion and premium quality. We don’t have dusty shelves full of old stock. Instead, every item is custom-printed for you the moment you place an order. This reduces waste and ensures your gear is brand new and exclusive.
1. Fulfillment Timeline
Because our products are made-to-order, please note that our timeline is split into two parts:
Production (Fulfillment): It takes 2–5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.
Shipping: Once your order leaves the facility, the transit time begins.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and which Printful facility is closest to you:
USA: 3–6 business days
Europe & UK: 4–8 business days
Canada: 6–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. During peak holiday seasons (like Valentine's Day), please allow for extra time.
3. Shipping Rates & Costs
Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination.
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the initial shipping at checkout and any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipping or authorized exchanges.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the label is created.
5. Address Accuracy & Reshipping Fees
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs to send the package to a corrected address.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us at infodinalexstore@gmail.com immediately. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we cannot guarantee a change can be made.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your country may charge import duties or customs fees. Asylvestre Shop is not responsible for these charges. They are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, contact us. We will work with Printful to investigate and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.
Stolen after Delivery: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please contact your local post office. Asylvestre Shop is not responsible for packages stolen after a successful delivery.
